Baker
Duties:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cookies and frostings
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Mix ingredients, shape dough into desired forms
- Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures or cooking times as needed
- Finalize baking of product in an appealing manner
- Clean and maintain baking equipment and work area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a baker in a catering or restaurant setting is preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with baking equipment and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
